Welcoming Sardarni Sahiba Prem Kaur Khalsa – Acting Secretary General/CEO Sikh Dharma International

Sat Nam Dear Khalsa Council Members, SDI Ministers and Sangat Members,

Please join me in welcoming Sardarni Sahiba Prem Kaur Khalsa, who was recently approved to serve as the Acting Secretary General/CEO of Sikh Dharma International beginning on March 1, 2024.

Prem Kaur has been part of our Sikh Dharma/3HO community since 1984. She is both an American and European citizen and is currently living in Spain. She has had a long history of serving our Dharma in various capacities beginning in 1986. Over the years, she has lived in Los Angeles, Espanola, Mexico and India (at Miri Piri Academy).

In 2020, when MPA was closed due to Covid, she and her family moved to Spain, where she currently resides. Her hope is to bring a spirit of our Dharma to our international community. She speaks seven languages and has invested her life towards developing multi-cultural and multi-generational relationships. She cares deeply about our dharmic teachings and the spirit of our culture.

It is her hope to bring the mission of Sikh Dharma to our Sangats around the world and to serve in making our community truly international.

It is my honor to pass the torch to Sardarni Sahiba Prem Kaur Khalsa, as she begins her journey in serving the position of Acting Secretary General of Sikh Dharma International. May she be surrounded by the light and blessings of Guru Ram Das and the support of the Sangat as she fulfills this beautiful destiny.
