Vetting Commission Completes its Work for SSSC Board of Trustees 2026 Election

As previously shared the Vetting Commission had requested an additional 11 days to complete its interview and deliberation process. This resulted in adjusting the previously shared timeline for completion of their efforts to July 27, 2026. The Commission has now released a report with its findings. This report along with the supporting documents the Commission referenced is included here for your review.

An updated timeline for the election is given below.

Please note: There will be town hall meetings scheduled in August (August 17 to 30) where you will have an opportunity to hear directly from the various candidates. More information on the town halls will be provided in the coming weeks.

Ministers, who are in good standing as of July 15, 2026, will be eligible to vote during the period August 31 to September 14, 2026. Details on the voting process will be provided separately to the eligible ministers.
