Sikh Dharma International (SDI) Board

SDI is looking for new board members to help serve its mission. The mission of Sikh Dharma International is to uphold the standard and grace of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib and serve to uplift humanity through the sacred technology of Shabad Guru. Our vision is to raise the spirit of humanity. Our goals are to serve our global communities through education, community support, leadership, communication and inspiration. We believe in the universality of God in all. We at SDI support the equality, dignity, divinity and grace of all human beings. It is with utmost gratitude to God and Guru that the staff, officers and board of directors are privileged to serve the mission of Sikh Dharma in service to future generations.
To serve as a Board Member, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Support the values and mission of the Corporation
- Be a regular Dasvandh donor or become a Dasvandh donor, or have been in a demonstrable relationship (for example a regular sevadar) with any of the affiliated Sikh Dharma/3HO organizations or communities for at least two years immediately preceding your nomination
- Be a Minister of Sikh Dharma International or will become a minister of Sikh Dharma International upon becoming a member of the board
- Be of good character with high ethical standards
- Not be related by blood or marriage (including step-relations) to, or in a domestic partnership with, another Director; and
- Not be an employee of the Corporation
