Election Outsourcing

Election Outsourcing- As we mentioned in our previous announcement of May 25, 2022, the SSSC is outsourcing the election process to a 3rd party. That party, Armanino LLP, a diversified accounting and consulting firm ( has been retained to work with our law firm, Lewis Roca, to oversee the vetting of candidates and voters and manage the voting process. They are currently working to design protocols to manage the election.
